Frank Bruno, Realtor®
Chaired the Volusia County Council
Frank Bruno knows Central Florida inside out. Following his service in the United States Army, he began his career as owner of a successful printing company. His service as a community volunteer led him to a career in public service including eight years as Volusia County Chairman. He got to know every square foot of Volusia County. His familiarity with the market extends well beyond Volusia County as a result of his having served on boards of directors and commissions throughout the region.
Following his retirement from more than 20 years as an elected official, Frank became a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Florida Partners. His practice is among the most active in the region, primarily due to the mastery of real estate throughout the entire region and his deep knowledge of services and resources necessary to smooth real estate transactions, saving clients time and money.
Frank and his wife Mary live in Ponce Inlet, where Frank began his political career as Vice Mayor. Mary is a former Associate Vice President of Daytona State College. They are grandparents and they are active community volunteers. They love to travel when they can find the time. But their favorite activities are enjoyed right here in Volusia County.
They worked hard to help build a great community. Today they enjoy the extraordinary quality of life the area has to offer and they take great pride in helping others do so.

Jim Dinneen's experience in real estate began in the mid 1970s after he earned his Masters Degree from the prestigious Virginia Tech University Planning and Land Use Program. Following a successful career in Dayton and Montgomery County, Ohio, during which he was responsible for more than $ 400 million in construction projects, he was hired in 2006 as the County Manager of Volusia County, Florida. That year, Jim and his wife, Lois, moved to Ponce Inlet, where they continued to live as Jim managed Volusia County until his retirement in 2018. As County Manager, he was responsible for more than a half billion dollars of infrastructure construction, various large economic development projects, artificial reef construction, 50 miles of trails, new roads, the ongoing upgrade of Daytona Beach International Airport and much more.
An avid runner, fisherman, diver and golfer, Jim and Lois have two adult sons and one granddaughter. Jim grew up in his family's kitchen and bathroom remodeling business in Pittsburgh. That experience, together with his education from the University of Dayton, Virginia Tech, and his practical experience in construction and land use over his 44-year career in public administration, gives him a great depth of understanding of the comprehensive nature of real estate in today's environment.

Erin's been married for 35 years. Together they have 2 beautiful daughters, Mackenzie (27) and Delaney (21). As a family, they have supported The Special Olympics, Pawsabilities Pet Rescue, Team Red, White and Blue, Port Orange VFW, and are currently active with The Miracle League of Volusia County which recently completed building a baseball field in New Smyrna Beach for disabled children and their families.
